it worked!
To do this from Rhino:

Find a screen shot of your bunny you like in Rhino.

Under the "render" tab:
select "render preview" (this image will have more pixels than the final rendering. You can also try different light settings on your screen shot image and see how they look under the preview option if you like, but it is not necessary)

When you have a shot you wish to render, select "render"
(a drop down box will appear with your image- looks neat!)

Under "edit", select "save as"

under "file name": give it a name

Under "save as type", drop down and choose JPEG

upload that onto http://psudigitalhand.blogspot.com/

Then when you go to post a comment on our blog, you will see a picture icon to the right or the "ABC" spell check icon.

Click that. It allows you to upload jpeg up to 8MB.
